What We Do
Driving Sustainable, Holistic Change
At Pamoja Change Kenya (PCK), we believe that lasting transformation happens when communities, institutions, and systems work together. Our work is rooted in the lived realities of underserved communities across Nairobi, Kilifi, and Tana River counties.
We deliver integrated, community-driven solutions across four interconnected thematic areas. Each pillar is designed to address the root causes of exclusion, poverty, and vulnerability – while building resilience, dignity, and hope.

Advocacy & Inclusion
