At Pamoja Change Kenya (PCK), we believe that inclusive and equitable societies are built when everyone has a voice and equal opportunity to participate. Our Advocacy & Inclusion program focuses on addressing structural, social, and institutional barriers that limit participation and access. Through empowerment, awareness, and policy engagement, we promote inclusive systems that uphold dignity, rights, and equal opportunities for all.
🔴 The Challenge
Many individuals—particularly women, girls, and persons with disabilities—face barriers that limit their full participation in society:
- Social stigma and harmful cultural norms
- Limited awareness of rights and available services
- Exclusion from decision-making processes
- Weak enforcement of inclusive policies
- Structural and institutional barriers in services and systems
These challenges lead to unequal access to opportunities and reduced participation in community and civic life.
